Resistance!
The old saying of what we resist persists, so very true.
A brief happening I'd like to share is my personal experience from right this moment. Yesterday there was an amazing realisation that both my websites had gone! One I can no longer access to edit , etc. I am in the middle of an interview series and most of my clients and student have some type of access to materials this way. Although the main classroom is completely separate-so the teachings are always ready and waiting for them.
My point is, as I went to update the site with next weeks guest I couldn't.
Hmmm.....
(It is a phone password keychain thing, but that is another story)
At the same time a client was messaging me about a business deal that on the surface could be seen as an emerging disaster. I see it being even more than what they hopped if they can steady and centre to allow the natural flow of what is trying to come in for the for them.
The way forward is not via the old ways, structures and systems, it is for those visionaries to pave the way, way show the emerging world. How business, education and even relationships are, and will be our minds find hard to comprehend-just yet.
My multi - verse was singing and showing the way,
Here I was a few weeks ago looking into consolidating all my sites and social media. Where to start..... so I left it.
This week This Gift was given to say - Hey time to update, time do put in the extra grit and get this sorted out.
Yesterday I spent the day re vamping and re writing my first website, bringing what I could from the new site that for some reason has decided to play its own game.
So I am allowing the new to arrive,
When we place an intent the universe is listening and will make flow where possible for this to occur. I got what I asked for, a consolidated site with updated graphics , etc. Now It took me until 3am to get where I wanted, however it is done (always a work in progress) and I will use this site for all the work.
Melt downs and tantrums could have come in, ultimately our behaviour IS language. This clearly showed me the way forward and was in addition giving me in a fairly gentle way what I had asked for and gave up on. The lower mind tells us things to hold us back in perceived safety and comfort. Mine was saying; oh it will take too long, you have better things to do, you won't know how to do it all anyway, pay someone to do it.
No, I was to do it and it was to be Now!
May not be perfect and there is a little bit to tweak and add, but I have sorted out a potential perceived disaster.
Why am I telling you this?
Well, I see this as a great gift. This is how it is, no one is out to get me, or make things difficult. This is a perfect example of being helped, shown and supported to be better and keep striving even when all seems lost. This is just a metaphor for much of what you may be experiencing when things don't work, or get held up or cancelled and the like. These are situations that-if we can let go-have the potentiality of becoming more magnificent than you could have dreamed.
Our lower mind is restricted to what it can comprehend, so the letting go to allow something else to come in makes space for what I call the unreasonable dream. A life you could not have predicted or imagined. The practice is letting go of control, attachment, wanting, grasping , etc. The moment you can get to that it comes in, in a way that will mystify the mind. Think about something you have been wanting, clutching at in lack, need and try releasing the energetic grip — just a little to start with.
There are many tools that can help, for emotionally charged experiences I use creativity to relax and calm the nervous system response. Changing thoughts is very challenging and having tools or techniques to assist the physiological reactions as well as monitoring thought provides the results of allowing, and ease.
Breath and movement, creativity, journaling are all tools that can help identify your attachment and assist your mind to release its hold due to an autonomic physiological response to dis comfort.
We humans require contraction to spring forth into our expanded magnificent selves. This is just a little hint of how contraction can show in everyday life. We can choose how we would like to interact with it, we can respond with some understanding and inquiry as to what we are restricting, or we react from our mammalian autonomic nervous system in to stress. This will give you your habitual patterns of behaviour, how you generally react when under pressure.
Observe and just note how you are when faced with constriction and feel contracted.
Let me know.

P.S. I hope you like the updated website.......
