You are all so very individual, yet so similar.
The energy is like a fingerprint, only you have those markings, only you flow in that specific patterning. Physiologically, at the Nervous System level we play our special tunes. Ebbing and flowing, hypo aroused, hyper aroused, homeostasis and all the in-betweens.
My core work is the understanding of these human systems, and since our rhythms are so particular to each one of you the subtlety is a specialty. What am I speaking of?
The overlay of the energy understandings with the understanding of the language of the nervous system. Why is this important? Because deep core wounding can not be released by talking it through. Complex or what we call relational trauma needs safety, movement in relationship for repair, to move through.
The body has an intelligence that astounds me daily, but did you know it has a language that speaks differently than the you, you think you are.
The body when allowed to speak has stories that can surprise you. I speak the language of the body and it’s micro movements. The language of the subtle energies that hold story and experience.
My life has been observing the human species as an anthropologist and complex trauma therapist. Yet the merging with the subtleties of energies has allowed such vast and multi layered pictures of each individual I meet and have the pleasure to work with.
Simply; the work evolves all systems to be able to live fully into who you are.
Nervous system health on both a spiritual/energetic level and the everyday. Adjusts and frees your energy held in the safe deposit box deep at your core.
